I recently hired JD Gaskins to install two handrails at my home. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the final cost. The handrails themselves were priced at $260 total, $500 for labor, and a surcharge $340 for the office manager to prepare a letter for my insurance company.
