⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I originally planned to install new laminate flooring, but when the installer arrived, they discovered there was existing tile underneath. Because of the condition and layout of the tile, installing the laminate would have caused warping and bowing issues. I was disappointed at first because I thought my plans were falling apart, but I also really loved the character of the original tile and hoped there was a way to save it.
