I just had my dryer vents cleaned by JD Family vent cleaning. Wow! On time, worked clean, very friendly, and all around, a great experience. Two technicians arrived on time. They then walked through the procedure. One tech cleaned from the inside, the other from the outside. Very efficient. Highly recommend!
A few months ago, I spoke with Don at JD Family Vent Cleaning. I let him know I recently had another company clean my dryer vent, but my dryer was still saying there was a blockage. Don went above & beyond to fit me into the schedule that week to clean out the dryer vent as well as all the other vents in my home. He really cares & it shows. JD Family Vent Cleaning was fast and reliable. Don was upfront and trustworthy. They cleaned out my dryer vent and spent their time doing so at my home. I'll be using them again for this service. Lastly, very reasonable prices.
Don and his crew deserve all 5 stars. Not only were they professional and honest, they went above and beyond to make my home safe. I would recommend them 10/10 times!
