My dryer smelled burnt, so I called JD Family Vent Cleaning Co the next day. The owner was very kind and concerned about the situation. Despite being completely booked that day, he made sure guys came to my house for an emergency cleaning. They were very professional, showed up on time, and did a very good job. I was able to Zelle to pay, which made it very convenient. I will definitely be a returning customer and couldn’t say better things about this company! Thank you for making my family a priority
I highly recommend JD Family Vent Cleaning. I suffer from terrible seasonal allergies and also have pets. I had them clean my ducts last year at my old residence and then again at my new one. They are priced fairly and do a great job. They are also extremely pleasant to deal with from the owner down to the technicians.
Great customer service and patience from the owner, upfront and clear reasonable pricing, very professional service from the two young men that cleaned my ductwork and dryer vents, and very respectful of my home. Would highly recommend and absolutely use again! Thank you!
