Sub par customer service. The website claimed parts were available for same day pick up. Took 4 additional business days for the parts to actually be ready, the parts are simple hardware that should be stocked. At the time of pick up the employee behind the parts desk had an unfriendly attitude and was unpleasant. Will take my Deere business to a different dealer.
