I like the fact that Joe gets answers the phone, listens to my electrical issue and sets up an appointment. The techs, Mike and Jim, looked at the problems and addressed them promptly. I liked the fact that they were totally focused on the job until it was completed. Following that, Joe called to double check that I was satisfied with the work , and he told me that cost of the job. This is a well-run company!

Jim and Mike showed up on time and got right to work. They did a fantastic job wiring my backup generator. They even took the time to clean up and reorganize the existing wiring, which was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call Joe if I need any help in the future - always super friendly, responsive, upfront, honest and willing to answer any questions I might have. Thank you!!

I had three small electrical projects that I wanted done to make my house more livable. Joe sent a couple of guys who went right to work. I didn't hang over them, but they seemed to know what they were doing - they had all the equipment they needed (a notable difference from another contractor in the area), and they had the parts they needed. My garage socket now works (for my nightlight to function in a dark garage), my backyard outdoor light now toggles instead of flickers between settings for when I let my dog out, and th... read more
