We had about 5 or 6 different issues to fix, and finding an electrician isn't the easiest sometimes. I called JD Electrical a month ago and they said they would come, but I was skeptical, because it happens a lot that no one ever shows up. But here, a month later - they called early - they were on their way! They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. They even took routes that cost me less than they could have charged. Thank you, JD and technicians!

Called with an issue I was having with a 3-way switch. They were more than happy to help. Arrived quickly, were very professional, and was able to troubleshoot the issue with ease. Made a few other recommendations while here based on observations. Will absolutely be using again for any future electrical needs.

Called this company for them to inspect work that I had done and what highway robbery $315 for them to come and they never let me know that they were here. Had the stuff done that Joe said that needed to be done called left messages and text and Joe never responded. So went and found another inspector called and they came out the next day and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Jd it would have cost me $500 for there poor service. Still have not heard from Joe on when he can come out. I would not recommend him or the company ... read more

I like the fact that Joe gets answers the phone, listens to my electrical issue and sets up an appointment. The techs, Mike and Jim, looked at the problems and addressed them promptly. I liked the fact that they were totally focused on the job until it was completed. Following that, Joe called to double check that I was satisfied with the work , and he told me that cost of the job. This is a well-run company!

Jim and Mike showed up on time and got right to work. They did a fantastic job wiring my backup generator. They even took the time to clean up and reorganize the existing wiring, which was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call Joe if I need any help in the future - always super friendly, responsive, upfront, honest and willing to answer any questions I might have. Thank you!!
