Great group of workers. Very polite and helpful. Enjoyed their thoughtfulness and patience.
Way too expensive for the job we ordered. The quote not accurately estimated and explained. Charged for extra time not by the project which also was not explained. Wants to charge another $200 to finish the job. The authorization provided was ok but then bait and switch with another $200 for that same visit. Feel cheated and will not recommend JD Electric.
I’m very thankful to them. We had a major electrical issue and had no heat, they were out almost right away and didn’t leave until the job was done correctly.
