J.D. Eckman had a worker in a truck blocking the on-ramp to Route 78 with no signs, explanation, or traffic control. The ramp was blocked at the bottom rather than at the top, so from our perspective it looked like the highway entrance was being shut down. The construction off 80 exit 308 has been going on for almost 4 years and they still have three to go. They have disrupted everyone who lives around there is life they added way too many lights and it took him about 8 months to build a wall it's taking way too long there was not one thing they did that helps anybody that lives around there it is a project that whoever okayed it does not care for the people who lives around here because it's an absolute disgrace what did they have done to toe area around there people are sick... read more
