This company came to fix plumbing across the street from my house and dug through my yard to access the water main. When I asked them to come restore the yard the lady answering the phone said they aren’t liable. She said her name was Jennifer. I asked to talk to the owner Brad Earl. He never responded. They were really nice when they wanted access but rude to fix the mess they created. Good luck to you if you have problems dealing with this company.
Got a strange text from this company saying they were shutting my power off less than 16 hours for a project next-door. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and offered no information on how long the power would be off and did not seem to care how big of an impact this is as someone who works from home and has dependents
Great job installing a new tankless water heater. The 2 installers were polite, considerate, and respectful, the company stayed on schedule, and the price seemed to be a good value.
The plumbers did a great job and were prompt and cleaned up everything
