Very communicative and expeditious service
I brought my F-150 in because I had been referred by my mechanic who had noticed a loose bearing in the rear axle while doing a service check. Very friendly folks and very busy for good reason. Joey road tested and inspected the axle and found no issues. When I asked what I owed him, he replied, “nothing because I did nothing.” He did a whole bunch for my peace of mind and earned my respect and future business!
