Ron is awesome! My garage shifted in the cold and my door crumpled and wouldn’t close- leaving everything in my garage exposed. I reached out to JD’s and they were able to send Ron that evening. He was amazing! I felt terrible because the night he came out it was so cold, but he was so helpful, friendly, communicative and worked so quickly! The cost was reasonable and I appreciate everything you did! Thank you so much Ron!!

I switched to your services a few years ago because of the high level of customer service, and once again, you've proven why that was the right choice. The more I think about it the angrier I get. Reasons I wouldn't hire JD Doors. - They take your credit card at booking and charge it $300.00 without authorization. Then return it a week later. -Nothing is quoted prior to work starting, my husband expected around a $200-300 bill and we received a $600 bill. This is the biggest issue for me, anytime I have EVER hired a company to do work in my home. It is ALWAYS quoted before the work begins to ensure everyone is on the same page. If JD Door were in the Olympics, they’d win gold in garage door repair. My garage door was throwing a tantrum like a toddler, refusing to open, close, or do anything remotely useful. Had JD Doors come fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were able to come do the repair right away. The two technicians were professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your garage door needs they do both residential and commercial! Thanks for the great service!
