I recently had my new garage door insulated by JD Doors here in Jasper and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Walter, our salesman, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the whole process easy from the start. The installers, Luca and AJ, were fantastic, extremely efficient, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. They made sure everything was done properly and perfectly before they left. It’s great to see a team that genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Thought I had an appointment booked - didn't get a call at the expected time. I called back to be told there was no appointment. Booked with another company. JD called back a while later to say that I was told no appointment by their Calgary office. After I'd cancelled they still put a hold of $300 on my credit card and I had to call again to get that removed. Feels like a Mickey Mouse outfit organizationally - I have no idea what their work is like.
I went to JD to replace the weatherstrip on my garage. The staff was very nice and helpful, Rob and Trudi were able to get me what I needed no problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
They have always treated me well and responded it great time and helped with all my door needs
