I’m very thankful for Joe’s aid last night. I had to have my vehicle towed a fairly long distance, and it was very difficult to find anyone willing to do it on a Sunday. Joe got the job done with professionalism, and was very easy to talk to on the ride. I hope to not need a tow again any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call. 11/10 service

JD Customs helped me out right after an accident. AAA called them on out to help me in Tomah which was a little drive for them. I had originally wanted to take my car to a different shop but after looking at their reviews I asked if there was any way I could have it brought to them. They helped me out and were great communicators along the way. I hope not to ever been in an accident again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to have it brought to JDs.

Experienced a flat tire, 1,315 miles from home....in my brand new Jeep Gladiator... although, I was parked safely on a downtown Main St., after contacting AAA, I was thrilled to see JD Towing pull up to my truck and tow me to the nearest Jeep dealership. Pat was there within 30 minutes of my first call to AAA, was thorough, personable and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Thank you Pat and JD Customs Towing!

My granddaughters were stranded on the interstate on a Friday. Joe treated my girls so kind and got them safely off the road so they could get her suv fixed. Thank you so much for being there to take care of them. You truly are one of those special people out there.
