Cancelled appointment for quote an hour before scheduled time today. Said that he isn't taking any new customers, didn't even try to reschedule. Very bad business practice even confirmed the appointment on Sunday, yesterday over text and email. His lose, I'm in an upper scale community with +100 homes that are worth $300 to $500k, above median home values in Ward 5 Cleveland Co. City of Norman.
Dylan is great! Very prompt service and extremely efficient... highly recommend!
