Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Had no problem taking my $460 dollars and spending it, but it’s been 309 days since I paid and they quoted at most 160 days for the portrait to be completed. They have not even started it and when I reached out requesting a refund they have given me every run around. What an awful experience. It started out fine. Good communication to begin with. I put down a large deposit to have my dogs portrait done. It took months to finally receive it. I communicated with her via messenger. Never once did I receive updates unless I reached out to her. I was always put off for some reason or another. Children, chickens, husband, health, etc. When I finally got fed up and told her she was unprofessional in her business practices, she called me mean. John is very unprofessional and rude don't waste your time! They lead me on for a year straight and when I finally said something they blocked me from contacting them. Needless to say I never received a painting. They put on fake contests to drum up business but don't expect to see any painting if you do win. Thier oil paintings are animated and mediocre at best. Just not worth thier attitudes or your wasted time your lucky if you ever even get anything from them to begin with.
