JD Core is an amazing gym with a great community of people. Whether you want to train on your own, do group classes, or work with a personal trainer, they have everything you need. The gym is always clean, and all the equipment is well maintained. I’ve been going there for about 6 years since I first found it, and it’s become a huge part of my routine. I really needed a place that was going to help me on my fitness journey and motivate/push me on the way. This place is everything you need it to be from a fitness aspect or even a community aspect. Great gym with even better people. I started out training for hyrox which Joe helped me PR in my last race. Now he’s helping me train for triathlons. There’s a place for everyone at JD Core. I highly recommend.
JD Core is the real deal. The workouts are tough but smartly programmed, and the people make it even better, supportive, motivating, and fun to be around. The gym is spotless, the music always hits, and the cold plunge is the best way to end a session. I love the Hyrox-style training and the energy Joe brings. If you want a gym that feels like family and delivers results, JD Core is it. Come in and give us a try you won’t be disappointed.
