Very good experience! As a consumer have to be cautious, but Robert provided several references of which about half responded and all were 100% positive and sincere. Robert communicated and did everything he said he would exactly as promised from the beginning. He accepted no $$ until I had received first check from insurance and roof had been fully completed. We are very pleased with the experience with Robert and JD Contracting. Robert is super responsive and helpful. He always addressed my questions and issues in time. He is very professional and always gave us heads-up before he arranged any visit. We got two pipe leaks after the first repair. Robert brought the roofers to fix them very quickly and also sealed other pipes for safe. I would recommend Robert's team to my friends.
JD Contracting and Robert we’re contracted by me last February to fix the roof of a 5200sq foot house in the Mckinney area and I can tell you the level of professionalism, diligence and quality was top to none. The work was done in 3 days. The job was superb with no issues. Robert kept good communication with us throughout the work at all times. Definitely will hire again.
