Honestly, this is probably one of the best places to take your vehicle. I had my 2023 Kia Forte here and they made sure everything was right. I had gotten into an accident that damaged most of the front. They had issues on getting the right hood, instead of just giving me something that was half done they tried everything to get a hood that was actually correct for my vehicle. Absolutely LOVED the service from this business! The whole staff was friendly and understanding with all my questions and concerns! I have to give a huge thanks to Joseph Martinez who was so quick and responsive with everything and even took the time (and the patience) to ensure I was not getting low balled by my insurance who at the time was some 3rd party insurance company I was having to do so much leg work along with Joseph to get this sorted in a timely matter. I Recently had Some body Work done on my Ford Expedition due to Hail Damage, JD Collision was the third party company that was hired to do some work done on my roof. I've been dealing with JD Collision since the moment they gained possession of my vehicle, Communication was always an issue, I couldn't seem to get a call back with an update at all, when they finally did call me back to explain to me what exactly they were doing to my vehicle, I would constantly get different information, I was told they had to paint my roof, ... read more
