I would not recommend. Although the ratings from others are good, our experience was no more than two stars. Overall, poor communication regarding updates on the status of our repairs which took about three months. Additionally, there was no motivation to quickly take care of something relatively simple that was not originally repaired correctly. Great service and very helpful.
Very appreciative and satisfied with JD Collision’s work on my vehicle. They have a great team here starting with Edward who was the voice and feedback of my vehicle progression. I still can’t believe it was completed so fast. The color match with my destroyed bumper and the rest of car was a great match. They literally told me what was happening every step of the way and I never had a chance to call and check up on my Camaro, since it was already done. Thanks again for everything.
