Do not do business with Byrider in Tyler, Texas. They are liars. They do not keep their word. They wronged my husband and me. You'll be making a very big mistake doing business with them. They say one thing and do another. They have ruined our credit. They were very unprofessional and rude. I will never tell anyone to do business with them. This is an incredibly predatory used car place. They won't tell you the price of the car you're buying, just what your monthly payments will be ($400/month on a 2012????) I was forced to buy from them because they were the only place that would sell a car to a DoorDash driver, but I really, really wish I hadn't. I'm almost done paying for my car and have never been late, yet they constantly call and text me on the weekends, even though my payment is due by 11:59 PM on Saturdays. Pinnellas Park is Worst and dirtiest service ever. Our car came back, not once, but twice, a filthy and greasy mess, with all our belongings toss about the car. Also, the second time it came back rat infested, and it did not go there that way and in fast never had a rat, let alone bug issue in its life. In fact, the car was immensely cleaned before it was dropped back off because of the recent way it was returned to us weeks prior. I would given zero stars but you had to pick at least one.

If only stars came with a zero rating I'd give Byrider five stars. The car I bought broke down three weeks after I got it. Stayed in the shop over one month and the payments continued. The facility had to get Spirit Jeep to fix the car after multiple attempts by the Byrider Mechanics, and the car still would not turn on. Was told the car was fixed two weeks into the ordeal, and also told the car needed thekeyfob reprogrammed, but their guy that does keys is only there on Mondays. Had a problem with my Oil System. Didn't think the mechanics at Byrider could handle because it was a VW. Took the car to the VW Dealer and they had me thinking I had metal in my oil. Replacement engine between 7100 and 10 thousand dollars. I actually gave the car back to Byrider. Mechanics there says let me take a look at it again. They had it for a week, but the car is running just fine. I am so happy for the final result. They are honest.
