I needed some compression stockings and I received great service at JD Brown. I was approached by one of the female employees which I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. However, she took me in the back room, listened to my concerns, measured me and was able to fit me with a great pair of stockings. She helped me try them on and made sure they were right. Very happy with my experience. I will go back for all of my medical needs.
I love the mail, they are helpful. I live in Romeoville and I prefer to go to Joliet to the mail.
Yesterday my fiance and I had a really really great experience here. We needed a cane and compression stockings for my Grandma and the staff was pure class in offering to help her try them on and assure the right fit. I believe the gentleman who helped us was Steve, a real pleasure and great customer service. We happy to spend our money here.
