I think when I call or come in I should be treated like a human being. The new heavy set girl is rude and acts like she hates her job. I am changing insurance companies because of her and I will tell all my friends that deal with your company that they should do the same.
Need better office staff. The one from Hebert & LeBlanc is rude and nasty. I will recommend to my friends as long as she is there, it would be better to find another insurance agency like I did.
