Having a locally owned bank in our area is happening less & less. Walk into the lobby & they know you by your name. Branch mgr sits in a glass office, always waves @ you. Friendly tellers, great staff of loan officers.
Having a locally owned bank in our area is happening fewer & fewer. Walk in they know you by your name. Branch mgr sits in a glass office, always waves @ you. Friendly tellers, great staff of loan officers.
Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. No customer service after 5pm. Even if you call before 5pm the customer service employees obviously don't care about customers. Don't recommend.
Mary was so much help in opening a new account. She was also very sweet!!
