Always excellent service recommend 10/10
Had my Brake adjuster snap and brake. Scared the hell fire outta me. J&D saw it was a Common mistake, unfortunate, bwygd!! They were great. Hooked me right up. Up on the rack, and gone. Really reasonable expense.
Jay and Danielle were miracles to me and my friend. My friend and I had come from the top of Spruce Knob with a donut on my car from an unpluggable flat. I had originally walked into the auto parts store for help, not knowing J&D was available (no cell service for me for hours!) One of his machines broke and he had to send me to someone else down the road to get the new tire worked on and switched with the flat. Danielle came with me to make sure I was given a fair price. Very good prices and did an excellent job
I recently came to WV and went to the dolly sods. We got a really big nail in our tire. This man dropped whatever he was doing and fixed our tire in 5 minutes. The car drives so much smoother and charged us a really affordable price. At Costco the charged us 5 times more yet we still get bad repair. Amazing quality for a cheap price. Thank you for the help!
