Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my car in for a transmission replacement and to fix a sunroof leak. Instead, it sat outside for 6–7 months, exposed to spring rain and heat. Mold grew inside, turning it into a health hazard. Despite repeated requests the leak was never fixed By the time the leak was fixed water had already corroded a critical computer module, leaving the car completely inoperable. I took my 2001 Nissan Maxima in for a crank no start while still a pretty spendy repair(like all cars LOL) their prices were still reasonably priced compared to other mechanics that I had tried to take it to their level of organization and professionalism is on another level and they were very honest and explained it in a way where I think personally anyone could understand it. They've earned a lifetime customer for sure!
