Did not discuss which extended warranty I wanted, then shows up with all my loan paper work already done with a $3500 warranty on it..couple days later I want to cancel the warranty..so she lies and say it can't be removed..as if she thinks I didn't read the contract..I had 30 days...to date..they still have not cancelled it... believe me I kept the full text conversation incase they want to twist the truth with some stupid defence. J'ai été au concessionnaire JD j'ai rencontré Jolianne après avoir jaser je suis reparti elle était supposé de me rappeler n'a jamais rappelé moi rappelé jamais eu de nouvelles fraiment ordinaire s'en dit long
Très décevant de prendre rendez-vous pour aller voir un véhicule, demander à quelqu'un de venir avec moi et de savoir à quelques heures d'aller le visiter qu'il a été vendu. Je ferai abstraction des fautes d'orthographe dans un contexte de communication professionnelle, mais il faudrait au moins que les employés se parlent entre eux.
