SCAM WARNING!! We had an in warranty repair with LG that they scheduled with this company. The technician came out ordered a new part and came back and replaced it. The part that was replaced did not solve the issue so he had to order different part. This was over 2 months ago and the company is not returning any calls. LG said the part was order but apparently the company kept it and pocketed the money. This has caused major problem with trying to have our dishwasher repaired. We have now been without a dishwasher for 3 mon... read more
When our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, we called J&D because they were listed on the Samsung website as being authorized service providers. We got an appointment for the very next day, Josh called before arriving, showed up on time (if not early), was personable, knowledgeable and fixed our issue very quickly. Luckily our repair was just a sensor, so the cost was minor. Great service call, we really appreciate it!
