Excellent customer service! Jim was a pleasure to work with and explained options for fixing our washer in detail.

Left a voicemail, Jim called me back the next morning, he diagnosed the issue over the phone, set an appointment. Mitch came out and fixed my refrigerator in 15-20 mins. Both were friendly and professional and they will be the only guys I call! Thanks again gentlemen! Hopefully don’t see you too soon!
Highly recommend JD appliance he came to fix My washing machine replaced a part that he thought was the problem. Turned out it wasn't the problem he figured it out came back didn't charge me. Very stand up guy!
