Highly recommend JD appliance he came to fix My washing machine replaced a part that he thought was the problem. Turned out it wasn't the problem he figured it out came back didn't charge me. Very stand up guy!
Came out to fix our refrigerator. Couldnt figure it out so took a guess that the motherboard was bad to the tune of almost 300 bucks. That didnt fix it. So called him back and he said he'd look into it more and get back to us. Promised he'd call us back. Never called us back. Flat out ghosted us. He doesnt know how to diagnose your problems, he just throws parts at it, that you get to pay for. So we completely wasted 300 dollars.
Gas oven wouldn't heat properly. He came out, checked it and ordered the necessary part. Came out and replaced the part. Everything was done quickly and correctly. He didn't require any kind of payment until the job was complete. His rates are the best in the Appleton area. The part, a sensor, and the two visits, all came to less than most shops charge just for the first visit. I would use him again for any of my appliance needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Very satisfied with the service.
Two weeks for someone to adjust door on brand new fridge!?
