Very reasonable and knowledgeable. He came to look at our washer and we were happy that the water wasn’t from that. We will definitely use his services again when needed.

Left a voicemail, Jim called me back the next morning, he diagnosed the issue over the phone, set an appointment. Mitch came out and fixed my refrigerator in 15-20 mins.
