Nice medical center with easy parking
Doctors nurses and reception are all fist rate, doctors listen to you, nurses care and look after you and reception is alway cheerful and helpful.
Very Poor Costumer Service.
The doctors I have seen here are amazing, but the reception staff are always very rude. They make coming here a horrible experience. I hate having to call them because of the way I am spoken to over the phone most of the time, they are inconsiderate and do not treat patients with respect.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Prasani. At first, she agreed to refer me for a gastroscopy after I explained my symptoms. But as soon as I asked whether she could assist with an insurance form, her attitude shifted abruptly. She suddenly said I had already done the procedure six months ago and claimed it wasn’t necessary again within 2–3 years—despite not checking my medical history beforehand or acknowledging that my symptoms had worsened.
