Who knew dogs could get menangitis? From being sent direct by my regular vet to Dr Bree for Vader's diagnosis, we knew we were in great hands and care. Dr Bree & Dr James were absolutely amazing withh information given to understand the full concept of what was happening to Vader and what the procedure and cost was. The aftercare and follow up whilst waiting for bloodtests over the weekend Dr James kept in contact with me even as there was no update but also to check up on how Vader was going. My experience with JCU vet was wonderful, the receptionists were very friendly. The Vet Nurse was so caring and understanding. The Vet - Dr Terri was amazing. I knew that my pup was in the very best of hands. Excellent customer service
