Very caring staff. Taking time to really talk and listed about a problem. Doing a consult in the carpark, to avoid anxiety of pet in consult room!
I had to take my Mini Dachshund to JCU a couple of months ago due to it being the only vet available at the time. I knew it was only a matter of her anal glands needing expressing but I was forced to sit there and listen to the male vet lecture me on how it could be a myriad of potential life-threatening problems and how I would be remiss as a pet owner if a number of expensive tests weren't performed. Staff are friendly, sympathetic, caring, supportive and well educated on the welfare of animals. Their empathy is genuine and much appreciated - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
From the initial phone call to my arrival and consultation I couldn't be more impressed with the standard of care and empathy shown by staff. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining my options and giving advice. Couldn’t recommend more!
