I find the vets, nursing staff and reception staff to be professional and friendly. Care is shown every step of the way. Very happy with the service provided for my girl. Care provided and follow up after surgery has been amazing.
I find JCU vetinary to be very professional and affordable. At JCU they take the time to explain thoroughly and willing to answer all and any questions in regards to my pets. Very friendly staff from the front desk through to the end. The step by step explanation and exceptional care they give to my pets makes JCU the best place for me.
Patient and professional. Reception staff, trainee staff, nurses and veterinarians were all amazing. The patience staff showed with my quite anxious dog was amazing.
Welcoming, thoughtful and thorough. Caring and explaining of the issue at hand and in depth.
