The doctors I have seen here are amazing, but the reception staff are always very rude. They make coming here a horrible experience. I hate having to call them because of the way I am spoken to over the phone most of the time, they are inconsiderate and do not treat patients with respect.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Prasani. At first, she agreed to refer me for a gastroscopy after I explained my symptoms. But as soon as I asked whether she could assist with an insurance form, her attitude shifted abruptly. She suddenly said I had already done the procedure six months ago and claimed it wasn’t necessary again within 2–3 years—despite not checking my medical history beforehand or acknowledging that my symptoms had worsened. The doctor providing the dive medical did not have the most up to date form considering how many medicals they conduct and the fact that they should be knowledgeable about the regulatory requirements. When i notified the clinic I had to provide the link to an up to date medical certificate in my own time. I will not be using this doctor for dive medicals in the future due to the poor quality of service and professionalism.
