Customer advisor/server didn’t reply to me when I reserved a car, the car turned out to have multiple owners and multiple damage. On asking for a refund of my reservation I’ve now been ignored for around 2 weeks. Funny how they keep hold of your money and completely ghost you when you tell them you’re no longer interested but don’t leave you alone if they think they’ll get a sale. AVOID! PLENTY OF OTHER FAR BETTER DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE EDIT; Still no refund after 3 weeks of chasing

If I could give more stars then I would. The quality of customer service I experienced at JCT600 (Teesside) was second to none. Both Byron and Nick explained everything from the company beginnings to what they wanted to achieve in Teesside. As I usually change my car every 2-3 years I am familiar with sales techniques but there was no hard sale or pressure here, in fact, this was one of the most pleasurable experience yet and I have been to some of the more 'larger dealerships' i.e. Audi, Mercedes & Volvo.
