We used Jct Electric for our generator. They were the best of 4 company's we had out. I found them to be very knowledgable and I felt most comfortable with them. Fred was honest and straight forward from the beginning. It was a long painful process getting township approval but the office did a great job. Stay away. They talk a good game to get you to sign up for a maintenance contract with them and promise you they will be out within 24 hours if you have a problem. Hope you don't have to call for their help though because that is all a bunch of lies. Our new natural gas Generac generator stopped working and we needed them to come out to us as soon as possible (within 24 hours as promised) and the owner Fred started screaming at me on the phone saying that he was short staffed and would not be able to come till a week later. ... read more
