Juan is an honest person. He informed me about my car issues and his recommendations. His prices are fair and reasonable. He answered all my questions without making me feel incompetent. I'm happy with his services and will definitely bring other vehicles here.
I brought my Avalon in back in December due to an oil leak and a few other issues. Juan took the time to diagnose everything thoroughly and made sure the repairs were done right. Now, nearly four months later, my car is still running great. Excellent service and attention to detail!
Best small shop in town, hands down! Family owned and operated, honest, top quality work. They're a full service shop. You need your car fixed, go see Juan and Liz and they'll take great care of you like they did for me! Very reasonable pricing and they truly care about their work and their customers. JCT Automotive Repair has gone above and beyond for me this week. My car stalled in the middle of a very bad sand/dust storm in rush hour traffic in El Paso. Juan and his brother rescued me and helped me get my vehicle out of traffic and in a short amount of time diagnosed the problem and resolved my car issues . Clearly experienced and competent! I highly recommend
