Excellent customer service. Was able to resolve any problems I had with full faith.
Super convenient and great price. This was the most affordable storage we could find near Bend. We had low expectations as we hadn’t needed a storage unit in years but they blew us away. They have been so good to work with, the payment system is super easy and checking out once we didn’t need storage anymore was beyond simple. I never once had a safety concern and can’t rate them high enough.
jct 97 storage is absolutely the best place to store your items!! Rene' was always just a phone call away to help me with the many questions i had. top notch facility and managed so professionally. Great person to talk to and made me feel very secure regarding the safety of our personal items. You cant go wrong selecting jct 97 for all your storage needs. thanks again Rene'
Take your stuff anywhere but this place .Rude nasty people who think she’s to important to make a phone call and update payment method that’s already been given to her twice !
