Selling cars with alot of recalls
Phil did awsome helped me out good family company
Making the time to put in that extra effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. Will always bring in repeated customer's. Any time I've needed help they have been more then willing. I appreciate Phil for his knowledge and his kind heart. He is an example i wish some of my coworkers would follow. Thank you to his team members as well for there hard work. Will be back soon im sure!!!
Had several issues with my car. Staff diagnosed problems, made recommendations. Never felt pressured to make a decision. Went to dealership for same issues to compare-diagnosis was the same yet price was far more and staff at dealership seemed to be "not having a good day". Went back to jc's and am completely satisfied with work and will continue to trust them with my vehicles.
