Excellent service from James. Responded very quickly to my request for help. Gave me sound advice and set me up for a Combi boiler change within a week. Boiler change carried out efficiently with little disruption and talked me through using the boiler clearly. Nothing too much trouble and it is a pleasure dealing with JCS plumbing and heating. Excellent service as always very helpful
Really quick service with a friendly and knowledgeable engineer (Ash) who was happy to answer all our questions about our heating system. Will absolutely be using JCS again in future
James was on site within 36hours. He found and repaired the leak within the hour. It's the second time James has been to my property and on both occasions he was extremely polite and efficient. If you need a plumber or heating engineer I couldn't recommend JCS highly enough.
