John replaced an old water heater tank that was literally on its last legs. He replaced it with a tankless and I couldn't be happier.
All that I can say is Amazing! Punctual, does great work, and all around a great! Has helped me out of a pinch more than a dozen times. I once had my basement flood in a rental property of mine and John Sutter took care of the entire situation. He found the leak, replaced my pump and put it in a better location, and also found the right company to dry out the walls, replace the carpet and was just very helpful all around.
