I hire from these all the time, great vans and great service.
i recently hired a van from this company and was left really disappointed. After returning the vehicle in what I thought was good condition, they kept my £200 deposit over a tiny scratch on the door pillar. I honestly have no idea how it happened, and it seemed like normal wear and tear to me. I’ve hired vehicles from other companies before and never had this kind of issue — they were always fair and understanding. Best van hire service in around Gateshead. I was absolutely amazed how good there services were. All information was presented very well, no hidden charges and all done in an efficient speed. I’m not aware of other van hire companies offering day rates as good as these. Vans were brilliant, very clean and modern and assessments are done prior and after to assess damages.
