Very professional and efficient. The owner Jeff didnt try to sell me products I didn't need and my carpet was dry in 3 hours. He moved and put plastis under the legs of my furniture. I've paid hundreds of dollars to have my carpet cleaned and he only charged me a fraction of what other companies charge and did less.
