I called John on a Sunday and he answered phone personally. I ask if he could come to boat the following day Monday and he arrived before 9am. He was able to clean 2 areas of the boat before my deadline time and was professional courteous to my crew and marina staff. I recently joined a motor yacht as Chief Stewardess and was horrified at the state of the carpets . There were lots of food stains and terrible black staining from the A/C. I decided to try JC carpets after reading his reviews and talking through my expectations with him. I was amazed by the job he did, the carpets were literally reflecting the light around the room and the stains all removed. I cannot recommend his services more highly, he is professional, thorough and at a very good price-point.
