I paid just shy of $22 for a small burger that was bone dry. Curly fries that were hard as a rock and a drink… I normally like to post good reviews only. But honestly I had to say something. If you’re going to charge these prices please update your quality of food. While all of the kids working were very nice the value of the food just did not justify the cost.
July 2026: UPDATE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the fries back to the original ones. The giant mass produced fries are not tasty. The fries really made the meal better but now…not so much. July 2025: A very nice simple burger and fries. The fries were perfect.
I paid 44$ for two bone dry burgers, fries and a drink. If you're going to charge the prices that you have listed, improve your quality. Definitely will not be returning.
I’ve never had a bad meal from here. I’ve been eating at JC’s for about 15 years, initially in Allen and in McKinney since they opened. The mains and sides are all great. Burgers taste fresh, and wholesome without any processing other than the cooking and assembling. Their crispy chicken sandwiches are perfect snd have me craving them regularly. June 2026 Update: Same great food and service! Haven't been in a while due to office relocation and Amber remembers my name every time ........ Great third pound burger and fresh cut fries! Still great food and good deals with the VIP membership.
