Horrible customer service and poor craftsmanship. Took my white 2022 Ram to have Jake paint the wheels black. The wheels looked nice when done however I was a bit shocked to find that he did not remove the tires from the wheels when he painted them. The problem was the overspray that was all over my brand new vehicle. I contacted Jake and he offered to do a clay bar detail. I took the truck back 2 days later and left it with him several hours. Jake accommodated me on a Sunday because my schedule wouldn't allow me to come at any other time. He took the time to explain the process to me, provided literature and did exemplary work! I couldn't be more pleased. Here's a young man who understands old school customer service. Something that's lacking in businesses today. Thanks, Jake. Great job!!
Do not do business with this company! Had issues with the calipers he painted for me. Paint started flaking within a month. He said need to redo them. Constantly gave me the run around. After almost two years, I posted in a local chat that I am looking to have two cars ceramic coated. Why he even offered his services to me , don't know. After going back and forth about the caliper paint, he asked for my PayPal to refund me. I did as he asked and now he's not keeping his word.
