Waited 5 minutes for a cashier to buy one shirt. That is ridiculous. So I left the shirt and left the store. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Staff is extremely arrogant and they judge based on appearance of the people that come to their shop, there were 2 Mexican ladies in the shop , and my child and mother was with me they were constantly staring at them as if they don’t belong in this store
Sometimes I just want to put on some headphones and shop and not be bothered, but I can only smile and say “no, thank you” when I’m asked if I need help. I’m clearly trying to mind my business but it’s non stop every time I move to a different rack. If I say “I really don’t need help” after the 4th time please just stop. I was so frustrated I just left without buying anything, despite needing several items.
