The customer service here is amazing! Such great energy walking into the store. Was also lucky enough to find the sweater I was looking for! Can’t wait to go back here. It’s nice to go into a store where you feel welcomed vs other stores in that shopping mall.
The sales associates were very helpful. They checked in the back room for a different size for me.
I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I’m 6 months postpartum and finally felt ready to shop for a new summer wardrobe. I found several pieces I loved at J.Crew (about $500 worth) and was excited to try them on, especially since I hadn't had any lucky at other stores. The reviews about the manager and the rest of the staff in this store being rude and unhelpful are right. They think it is ok to insult the customers for no reason. Also messed up a return and asked me to revisit the god awful store to get it fixed instead of taking care of it online or on phone. I would skip this one. There are other better branches like the west field valley fair one, where the staff is a lot more professional.
My family visited the Palo Alto JCrew store this weekend to find a black suit for my son. We found a perfect Ludlow suit for him but it needed alterations. Our sales assistant, Robin, went above and beyond, to help us get the suit to the tailor before she closed to expedite alterations. We needed the suit by Tuesday in time for a family funeral service.
