Got cut from the polo team so I'm no longer a customer...
For some reason I was rarely able to find classic women's clothes (it always seemed to be a little on the trendy side at this location) - but I could always find great stuff for my fiance. It's a shame that they're closing down.
I absolutely love JCrew but I have bought several items that were listed online "% off in-stores and online" but the store does not give the discount unless I ask about it. Check online to see if the item you want is on sale and then make sure you get the discount.
