I was greeted by an elderly doorman, he never smiled....very stone faced! Jcrew doesn't sell womens clothing larger than size 12 in store! That leaves me to purchase online. Often times I have 2 of the same items. As I'm returning items, it's important that I'm credited a refund immediately as very few items are available in my sizes.....and I need credit available for other items, which leads me to lastnight!
