Waited too long in line to make a return, over 20 minutes. The people in front of me took their sweet time trying to decide what they were going to wear to an event and had the cashier running back to get different size clothes. Cashier should have called for backup, seeing as I only had a return. Manager saw me, had no friendliness. Won't be returning here.
Came to the shop looking for a sweater as a gift for a friend. The ladies at the counter greeted me with smiles and were eager to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I was super impressed with how quickly they found what I was in search of. Superb customer service and beautiful sweater. The recipient loved it. Plus, I came in just an hour before close. Rudest staff. They don’t greet, they glare at you. Different return policies depending on the day. Girl, it’s a J Crew. Chill.
Went there on 08/24/25 they had 2 staff at the counter, the guy was friendly but the lady who assisted me at the counter was unfriendly and unapproachable. I’d rather to shop online than going to this store.
Nada was amazing and helped me find the perfect outfit for my rehearsal dinner. She was so lovely and took her time with finding the right size and color for me. She was truly so kind and really worked to make sure I had something amazing to wear. So grateful that she was there!!!
