Finding a trustworthy auto shop can be intimidating, especially as a young woman. Julio and his team have always been honest, straightforward, and committed to finding the real problem instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. Every time I’ve brought my car in, they’ve taken the time to explain what’s going on and made sure the issue was actually fixed. I’ve never felt overcharged or pressured. It’s the only place I truly trust to take my car, and I always leave feeling confident that they did the right thing.
I had a misfire that i've been battling for a few months and have taken my car to multiple shops that gave me the runaround and made me pay for unnecessary parts and services. I took it to JCR performance and they fixed it and a extremely timely matter at a very reasonable price straight forward no BS. Super professional people.

JCR did a great job installing a suspension lift for my Toyota 4runner. The owner spent a lot of time reviewing options according to my preference for ride stiffness, what type of off-roading I do, and budget. During discussions, I learned the mechanics have many years experience and a few were Toyota-certified. I'm very happy with the results of the lift height and improvement in ride quality. I'm grateful for the experienced and knowledgeable service done efficiently.
If you want no BS and no "you need to get this done" when you know you don't I would recommend JCR! I as a woman hate getting my car fixed because I feel mechanics like to up charge/up sell. I definitely did not feel pressured to get things I didn't need this is my second time going to JCR and both times I felt very comfortable.
