Julio at JCR has always treated me good. Great mechanic. He has been working on my Company vehicles and personal vehicles for years. Keeping them well maintained. Good service from him and his employees.
I self installed lowering springs and adjustable end-links for the first time but made some errors that I was unable to correct. Sent an e-mail to JCR about my issues and got a response from them to call in and set up an appointment. I called in, Julio answered, and we talked briefly about the issue and possibilities. Charged me 1k for a regen service and oil change that changed/helped solve nothing , then states it going to be another 4k for repairs . Take your vehicle somewhere else .
Finding a trustworthy auto shop can be intimidating, especially as a young woman. Julio and his team have always been honest, straightforward, and committed to finding the real problem instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. Every time I’ve brought my car in, they’ve taken the time to explain what’s going on and made sure the issue was actually fixed. I’ve never felt overcharged or pressured. It’s the only place I truly trust to take my car, and I always leave feeling confident that they did the right thing.
I had a misfire that i've been battling for a few months and have taken my car to multiple shops that gave me the runaround and made me pay for unnecessary parts and services. I took it to JCR performance and they fixed it and a extremely timely matter at a very reasonable price straight forward no BS. Super professional people.
