Awful, Terrible, Horrendous, just all things bad. If I could leave them 0 stars I would. Don't expect anything good to come from any encounter with JCP&L - just expect disappointment. They charged me 500+ a month for 6+ months and only came to fix the meter after I had to threaten to sue them and never offered or issued any sort of refund - I would have switched if I didn't live in an apartment complex where they were my only choice.
