BEWARE for surprise charges!!! I went there for a simple hair cut. Initially, I was told I have long hair, so its gonna be $45. They asked me if I want blow dry, shampoo etc. I said No. At the end, I was charged $65 because of iron. I neither asked for it nor the stylist asked for my permission to do it since it cost extra. What kind of business is that? You say one price at the beginning and charge more at the end. Thats stealing. Also, they seemd reluctant to explain the price beforehand than push to service. Never again.

The worst hair cut experience of my life. I went in for a hair cut (trim really) and some highlights. David was the one to cut my hair and he literally wouldn't even listen to me. Made so many sexist comments about women and how they always have to go through a “long hair phase” until they realize its not pretty. He then proceeded to complain that my hair was tangly and pulled my hair in a ponytail above my head and chopped about 6 inches off that fell right onto my lap. Today, Eileen, a master stylist cut my hair. I asked her to cut an inch off my hair and she cut at least 2 inches off my hair. I am very upset. I told her that it took awhile to grow out my hair and for her to just ignore what I wanted. I told her repeatedly to only cut an inch but she didn't even seem to know what an inch was. Worse Salon I’ve even been.I asked if they can do hair relaxing,and they said yes,then this lady recommended me something she said that can straight up my wavy hair and much better than hair relaxing,first place why they told me they can do what I want then she did different treatment.then after she washed my hair I thought she will di the treatment but she was showing me I have to pay $182.00 then I asked her again it’s that really can straight my hair??I was curios that time if she knows what she was doing.And she said yes... read more
