UPDATE: It has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from the manager. No one EVER answers the phone. I didn't get a call back for a week and when I did it was someone telling me "the manager was on vacation this week". Ok so why didnt they call me the week before or the week after their vacation?? I just got the worst cut of my life! I went home with wet hair and blow dried it at home. That's when I noticed every section that I check is not even. The left side very obviously longer than the right. It is not properly layered, and looks horrible! I wanna cry. I don't know how someone listed as "A Master Stylist and has been working at JCP Salon for 20+ years" can possibly be this bad, and still be working there, let alone for 20+ years! I never write bad reviews, but I am so beyond upset!
